This little boy is a nephew to the family where I stayed but he was over almost all the time and almost never with clothes. I didn't know how much I liked him until he almost killed himself on the machete a few minutes later. Luckily he missed being hurt by only a couple inches. In this picture I think he's tying a cord around his knee because his foot hurts. They think the cord will keep the pain from spreading. His older sister is Dean that got sick with malaria.
